IGA Capital inks Historic Saudi deal with Eiffel Partners

IGA Capital is extremely proud to announce it's participation and partnership in the Saudi Flagship project: Eiffel District Riyadh. IGA executed an engagement with Eiffel Partners on November 8th 2023. The $5 Billion Dollar Project slated to break ground approximately 20 minutes North of the Riyadh Airport will combine the best in World Class Tourism, Culture, & Education in this City within a City Mixed use project. IGA Capital is leading the funding with initial commitment from US Exim Bank.
Eiffel Legacy
The renowned engineer Gustave Eiffel symbolizes French ingenuity
and craftsmanship worldwide. His exceptional creations continue to
impress with their enduring quality, reflecting his unwavering
commitment to excellence. Eiffel's legacy is revered across the
globe, thanks to his groundbreaking works, including the iconic
Eiffel Tower in Paris, a testimony to his unparalleled talent, and the
Statue of Liberty, which graces continents far and wide.
For over three decades, Philippe Couperie Eiffel, as the Chairman
of Eiffel Partners, and his family, has been dedicated to preserving
Gustave Eiffel's memory. In 1989, they took up the responsibility of
safeguarding his legacy. Philippe Couperie Eiffel took a significant
step in 1991 by registering trademarks for the brand names
"EIFFEL" and "GUSTAVE EIFFEL internationally, seamlessly
integrating them into the Eiffel Partners' portfolio.

A Smart City based on 3,7 million square meters of land
with easy access to King Khalid International Airport.
City4U Tourism emersion. The visitors will be immersed
in augmented reality and real life, in which objects and the
surroundings from the real world come to life to make the
experience more convincing.
Energetically self-sufficient thanks to solar panels and
renewable energy technologies.
Energy Self-Sufficiency
The Smart City will be designed to be energetically selfsufficient,
aiming to minimize reliance on traditional
energy sources and promote sustainability.
Green District with Water Preservation
The development will prioritize a green district concept,
integrating water preservation strategies into the overall
design. This focus on sustainability and environmental
conservation will ensure the efficient use of water
resources within the Smart City.
City4U Tourism Immersion
The Smart City project will offer a unique tourism
experience known as City4U. Visitors will be immersed
in augmented reality, seamlessly blending real-life
surroundings with virtual objects and interactive
elements. This immersive technology aims to enhance
the visitor experience and make it more engaging and
convincing.
